Aweta repetitive packing conveyor for fruit, such as apples
This repetitive takeaway conveyor places the fruit on a carousel of two conveyor belts, allowing the fruit to be buffered before being packed into boxes or crates.
The repetitive packing line consists of:
- Y-shaped distribution belt / modular curved belt to divide fruit from 100 cm wide to 2 x 50 cm
- Takeaway table approx. 600 x 50 cm
- Return belt behind the packing table
- Inclined outfeed belt for full boxes
- Central second-grade outfeed belt in the middle
- Frequency controlled
- External control cabinet
- Slide gutters for empty boxes
- Excluding blue conveyor belt for second grade
