Pavilion (schottenkeet), previously used as an attractive restaurant of a beach pavilion. The construction offers an excellent open space with lots of light. Ideal as a base for an association building, studio, office, or unique catering space at a new location.

CONDITIONS DISMANTLING & REMOVAL
Availability: The shack is in use until the end of the season. The exact pick-up date will be determined in consultation.
Condition at pick-up: The pavilion will have to be dismantled by the buyer and prepared for transport at the location.
Transport: Buyer is responsible for arranging transport from the beach
Deposit: A deposit must be paid when purchasing the shack.
Pick-up: Pick-up will only take place by appointment. Any pick-up date mentioned on the auction website is an indication.
